At Kids’ World we provide Educational Childcare, Pre-School and School Age programs as well as a wide variety of activity and enrichment programs for children from birth through 5th grade.

Each age group has its own distinctive schedule based on the developmental and age-appropriate needs of the children.

Educational Childcare: Learning programs for all children not yet Pre-school age (see philosophy statement).

Pre-School: Full and part time Learning programs for Pre-School age children.

School Age: Before and After School/Kindergarten Enrichment (transportation included) spring break, summer break, winter break, snow days. field trips, activity programs, bigger fun and learning for bigger kids.

In addition, all centers participate in Swim Program as well as accessing our Kids’ World Academy of Arts & Science, and Nature Reserve .

Active Kids/Healthy Kids

All Kids’ World kids ages 3 1/2 and up enjoy the “Kids’ World Swim” program.  designed to help kids maintain a high level of physical activity and learn positive social skills. Kids’ World kids are transported on the bus to our private heated pool for teacher directed swim time. Small groups of 8 children, their teacher and the Kids’ World Aquatics director enjoy an hour of fun and learning in the pool.

Swimming Lessons*

Swimming Lessons are offered to all children who are at least 3 1/2 and potty-trained. Each session includes 8 lessons with a qualified swimming instructor at our Kids’ World Aquatic Center. Children are transported to and from swimming lessons twice each week.

Kids’ World Academy of Arts & Science

Kids’ World kids do dramatic play, science, math, and art daily in the classroom.The Academy of Arts and Science helps them greatly expand ideas and concepts far beyond what they are able to access in the classroom.At the Kids’ World Academy of Arts & Science children create dramatic productions, participate in (safe and sane) experiments at The Science Lab. Offering children even more opportunities to investigate, explore, research, and gain knowledge of scientific and math concepts.A well stocked Art Studio gives the children chances to really go all out and try new and creative ideas with all types of art projects.

Kids’ World Nature Reserve

The Kids’ World Nature Reserve is a quarter acre of natural land behind Kids’ World 2000. Fully fenced and safe. Full of trails, big trees, small trees, tall grass, short grass, frog bogs, old rotten trees, moss, bugs, bird nests, woodpecker trees, berry bushes, wild bunny rabbits in spring, an old apple tree, flowers, plants, even bald eagles sometimes– so many very cool things. Small groups of children take walks with their teacher and sometimes a guest “naturalist” through this forest of amazing natural surprises. Put on your mud boots and come on along.
